HRMC Welcomes New CNO
Clewiston, FL (July 7, 2021) - Hendry Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is proud to announce Dakota Redd, R.N., as the new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Redd has over 35 years of diverse clinical healthcare experience in cardiovascular nursing, emergency medicine, and nursing leadership. He previously held the positions of Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Patient Safety Officer, and Emergency Department Director at HRMC. Before coming to Clewiston, he served as Director of In-Patient Services and Emergency Department at a critical access hospital in Potosi, Missouri.
Redd brings an extensive background in critical access hospital nursing operations. "My focus is community-based, with a passion for the patient experience. I look forward to creating a framework of nursing excellence with an emphasis on tailored care for our patients," stated Redd.
His leadership style is hands-on and transformative, with a focus on three key areas of patient experience, quality, and communication.
