Per diem -- Pharmacist - Pharmacy
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the Florida Department of Health.
Previous experience in a Hospital pharmacy required. Experience with unit dose and IV additive programs preferred. CPSI experience a plus.
